The Waiver to India is done at athe NSG Meet in Vienna, Austria, But its still unclear about India's sovereignty on its Nuclear tests.
How well its gonna help India's energy requirement is still an uncertainity as well.
Let me pray that it shouldnt be used for purposes other than Energy.
